Offers are invited for the purchase and removal of the Paste Plant, including all equipment and infrastructure.
The Paste Plant is a continuous production plant producing cemented paste backfill direct from deslimed flotation tailings. The Plant was designed to filter and then repulp existing deslimed flotation tailings in a controlled fashion with cement for delivery underground.
- 120m3/Hr Paste Backfill Plant
- 96m2 Horizontal Belt Filter & Associated Equipment, including Vacuum Pump, Filtrate Receiver & Filtrate Pump
- 1000m3 Agitated Filter Feed Tank
- Cement Silos (600T Capacity), including Screw Feeders, Actuated Valve, Loss in Weight Hopper & Feeder

It remains at all times the responsibility of the Buyer to remove the equipment purchased from site. The Buyer will make their own arrangements for the dismantling, removal, and collection of the equipment purchased from its present location.
Scope of Works: A condition of sale will be the provision of a Scope of Works from the Buyer that will provide, as a minimum, the following information for the purchase of the Paste Plant:
- A Workplace Health & Safety Management Plan that covers all WA WHS legislation requirements
- Outline of loading activities including timings, proposed routes of travel, proposed use of contractors, and conformance with Special Conditions of Sale
- A detailed risk assessment and relevant JHA's (Job Hazard Analysis) to be completed and distributed
- Broad safety analysis of the tasks required to load, transport, and unload items purchased
